Special Certification Ceremony

Special Certification Ceremony was held on June 12, 2013 at SIQA. The Access students were awarded with Enrollment Certificates that officially indicates their participation in English Access Microschilarship Program 2013-2014. Each Certificate is signed by the US Ambassador Richard Norland.
